Terms Of Service

Last updated July 30, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Campsite Grabber, a service operated by Campsite Grabber, LLC (“Campsite Grabber,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Campsite Grabber monitors supported third-party reservation providers for availability matching criteria you select and may send alerts containing links to those providers. We do not hold inventory, make reservations, or guarantee that an observed opening will still be available when you attempt to book it. Availability can change at any time.

Campsite Grabber is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for Recreation.gov or any other reservation provider. Your reservation and payment are made directly with the provider and are governed by that provider’s terms.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may use the service only for lawful, personal campsite-planning purposes. You may not resell the service, attempt to bypass scan limits, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape our catalog, or use automated access outside the interfaces we provide.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid features are billed in advance at the price and interval shown during checkout. Taxes may be added where required. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from Billing in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

If payment fails, is reversed, or the subscription ends, monitoring and alert delivery may pause while your saved settings and permitted history remain available. We may change pricing or plan limits prospectively after providing reasonable notice.

Alerts and third-party services

Email, text-message, network, and provider delays can prevent or delay alerts. You are responsible for verifying all dates, site details, restrictions, prices, and cancellation rules with the reservation provider before booking. Invited recipients must confirm their address and may unsubscribe independently.

Text alerts are optional and require separate consent from the person who controls the mobile number. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop recurring text alerts or HELP for help. Stopping text alerts does not affect account access or email alerts.

Ownership and feedback

The service, software, branding, and original content are owned by Campsite Grabber or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. You may provide feedback, and you permit us to use it without obligation or compensation.

Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, providers, or the service; respond to legal requirements; address nonpayment; or enforce these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campsite Grabber will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost reservations, lost profits, or lost data. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the service or by email and may ask you to accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to jeremy@campsitegrabber.com.

Campsite Grabber is operated by Jeremy Smith, a Missouri sole proprietor doing business as Campsite Grabber.
